Service Agreement Required: A signed Managed IT Services Agreement is required before services begin. This agreement outlines the scope, response times, pricing, and client responsibilities. A copy is provided prior to signing.
Monitoring Scope: Business-hours support (Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM CT) applies to all plans. EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response) provides automated 24/7 threat detection and response on enrolled endpoints — available exclusively on the Cyber Plan+. EDR acts automatically; it does not constitute 24/7 human monitoring or after-hours helpdesk support.
Pricing is based on your environment (number of devices, users, and complexity). Exact monthly cost is confirmed during your free consultation. No hidden fees — all charges are disclosed upfront before any work begins.
